Big Dawg Auto Detail (operated by NFB FROG Corporation, "Big Dawg," "we," "us") is a mobile auto detailing service based in McKinney, Texas. This policy explains what information we collect when you contact us, request a quote, or book service, and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Contact information: your name, mobile number, email address, city and ZIP, and the service address where the vehicle will be.
• Vehicle and service information: vehicle year, make, model, size, condition notes, the services you request, and your appointment details.
• Photos: the vehicle photos you send us for quoting, and the before-and-after photos we take to document the work.
• Messages: the content of texts, calls, voicemails, form submissions, and emails you exchange with us.
• Payment records: invoices, deposits, and receipts. Card payments are processed by our payment processor; we do not store your card number.

We collect only what we need to quote, schedule, perform, document, and follow up on your service. We do not use tracking pixels, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics on this website.

How we use your information

• Preparing and sending your written quote.
• Scheduling, confirming, reminding, and performing your appointment.
• Sending invoices, receipts, and deposit requests.
• Handling follow-ups, workmanship callbacks, and corrections.
• Keeping business and tax records we are required to keep.
• Marketing messages, only if you separately opt in.

Calls and text messages

When you submit our quote form or text us, you consent to receive calls and text messages about your quote and appointment. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts or HELP for help. Consent to transactional messages is not a condition of purchase.

Marketing texts (such as maintenance reminders or offers) are sent only if you separately and optionally opt in, and you can opt out at any time by replying STOP. We keep a record of when and how you gave or withdrew consent, and we maintain a do-not-contact list that we honor.

Your photos and address stay private

• Quote photos and service addresses are used for quoting and performing your service, not published.
• We publish job photos only with the vehicle owner's separate permission.
• We do not publish license plates, addresses, gate codes, garage contents, children, or documents in any photo or review response.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers we use to run the business (such as our payment processor, messaging provider, and scheduling tools), and when required by law.

Retention

We keep quote, job, and payment records for as long as needed for business, tax, insurance, and legal purposes, then delete or anonymize them.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts.
• Ask us at any time what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. We will honor the request unless we are required to keep the record.
